This tournament took place on September 15, 2012 at The Golf Club at Surrey Hills in beautiful Yukon, OK, where we will have our 2nd annual Sole Survivor Charity Golf Tournament. This tournament was originally created to benefit Flight Nurse and Paramedic Mike Eccard, the Sole Survivor of the EagleMed 7 helicopter accident that took place on July 22, 2010, and claimed the lives of Pilot Al Harrison and Flight Nurse Ryan Duke. Now, we want to carry on this tradition in order to help future beneficiaries....

100% of all proceeds from this tournament have gone towards furthering the mission of EMS Success which is to provide EMS scholarships and to maintain a death/injury benefit fund for the next EMS Professional who is severely injured or loses their life in the line of duty.

This event was a huge success as we raised over $14,000!!! We want to thank you all for your support!

Photos for this event can be found at 181Photography A big thanks to Richelle Treece for making this happen.
