60 hour refresher course

I just finished the final test for the course. I am a 14 year veteran paramedic that took this course to recertify with the NREMT.
I took the course seriously and watched the videos and took notes. I can honestly say that that I am going to be a better paramedic than what I previously was. All of it was very good, however I would like to focus on the cardiac section of the course. My understanding of Axis deviation and 12 lead interpretation is significantly better. Previously I could identify a BBB and a STEMI and what part of the heart the STEMI is affecting, but now my knowledge has expanded well beyond that about the heart.
In addition, going through this at your own pace is incredibly convenient, and I hate to admit this, there were sections that I was actually looking forward to going through. Because of the way it was taught, it was not like sitting through a PHTLS class to recertify, there was useful information presented in a way that made me want to listen.

I have been involved in EMS for 20 years. This refresher is by far the best refresher I have ever seen! The instructor is highly intelligent & very detailed. I enjoyed every aspect of this refresher. I will be personally recommending this class to everyone I know.
