This EMS Instructor class is a 40-hour course (100% online) and is based on the 2002 National Guidelines as well as current 2025 best practices in EMS education. Modern lectures and activities are included in this all-inclusive course.

This course is authorized as an F3 CAPCE Distributed Education Course. 

This class will be a form of work-at-your-own pace but there will be assignments due each week and will not have any live classes. We will utilize some unique technology to have all students in this class complete activities such as lesson plans, objectives, skills demonstrations, online lectures, video editing, presentations with technology, etc!!

Fast paced but informative

Took this class in February of 2025

This was a great class which teaches you how to teach. While it is self paced, it has deadlines you have to meet, which challenges your ability to plan and coordinate. This is great because you'll be challenged this way when you're teaching. The instructor is great and very responsive. Definitely recommend this class if you're looking to take your EMS Education to the next level!

Interactive Online classes

This online class is very good at getting you engaged and really makes you learn the material to pass. The assignments are not only relevant to the lessons but also build on each other, culminating in a final capstone that uses all aspects of the course.
